DBT stands for (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and its a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and zen-mindfulness that creates a series of tools and techniques to help you with everyday situations.
– You are struggling with your boss and you dont know how to communicate with him or her. You want to ask for a raise but you dont know the best way to do it.
– You are having lots or arguments with your boyfriend and you just dont know how to fix it.
– Maybe you are struggling with your weight and you´re struggling to figure out like why you can’t manage it and figure out.
