Improve your Body Image GroupOver the course of 12 sessions you will be guided through a series of exercises that will change your feelings about – and relationship to – your body.

This group is for you if ANY of the following are true:

  • You are always criticizing your body in your head (or out loud)
  • You cannot take a compliment because you are always thinking about how terrible you look
  • You wake up each morning and try on multiple different outfits to find something you can tolerate wearing out of the house
  • You stare at yourself in the mirror and focus on parts of your body you don’t like
  • You spend time wishing you could change your body in unrealistic ways
  • You feel like you have to hide or disguise the parts of yourself you don’t like
  • You are changing how you eat in response to your negative body image and destructive self-talk
