Individual DBT Sessions
A DBT therapist will also help you develop new skills which will enable you to improve unhealthy thoughts and behaviors, as well as develop and improve your preexisting coping strategies. To this end, it is recommended that those in individual DBT also participate in the DBT Skills Group.
